We designed our method to give you the tools you need to excel on and off of the mats.
Our method will be able to help you whether you want to be a seasoned competitor or just someone that wants to be active. Jiu jitsu is a fun, safe and practical martial art that offers a full body workout while teaching highly effective self-defense skills that are applicable in a variety of real world situations.
Students are guaranteed a positive learning experience with our specialised class programs.
We have trained and qualified teachers with the aim of making Martial Arts as inclusive as possible, and to positively impact the lives of our students.

Jiu Jitsu is one of the most effective, reality-based fighting systems in the world. Developed by the famous Gracie Family, the basic premise of Jiu-Jitsu is that 90% of fights end up on the ground. As such, Jiu-Jitsu is focused primarily on effective ground fighting. The goal is to put an opponent into situations on the ground where joint locks and/or chokes can be applied to force him/her to submit.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Gi classes are undertaken in a traditional gi uniform. Our Jiu-Jitsu programs are specifically designed with each student’s personal achievement in mind. Your personal goals, such as fitness or self-defense, will be taken into account when you sign up.
PROGRAM GOALS:

This style of grappling is generally faster and more dynamic than gi grappling. Including positions and submissions that are not allowed and/or not available in the Gi. It is the practical approach to the MMA ground game.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The No-Gi Program is offered in both fundamental and advanced classes. Students will have the opportunity to learn the same modern jiu-jitsu being taught in gi classes, but learn how to adapt them to no-gi situations.

TEACHING RESPECT, DISCIPLINE & RESPONSIBILITY
Parents all over the world have said that their children have experienced more self-esteem, self-confidence, discipline, and better results at school and at home after they started training Jiu-Jitsu. We will teach your child to use verbal assertiveness to stop bullies. Also, and several non-violent self-defense techniques to stay safe if physically assaulted. Importantly, we don’t teach how to punch or kick, since this often does more harm than good. Instead, we use leverage-based control holds to neutralize threats without violence.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:This program is designed to introduce our youngest students to jiu jitsu, as well as help them develop agility, flexibility and coordination. The curriculum includes fun games and interactive drills that teach basic jiu jitsu movements and beginner techniques, ensuring a strong foundation and better understanding of our art, while maintaining his/her interest and keeping it enjoyable for your youngster. Instructors also promote and reinforce strong core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods.
